Audit and Follow-up Division

Main mission: -

Combating Corruption in the form of forgery and observing the controls and instructions in everything related to student affairs through supervisory work on the registration division in the scientific departments.

 

Tasks and duties: -

  • Checking the documents of accepted students for all channels of admission.
  • Checking the observance of the scientific departments of the controls and instructions in all matters related to student affairs.
  • Ensure that the documents of accepted students are issued according to the channels outside the central admission from the graduates of the high school / scientific branch, and follow-up with the concerned departments.
  • Responding to the reports of the Office of the Inspector General and the Financial Supervision Authority regarding observations related to student affairs 

Division for follow-up graduates

Main mission: -

Checking the graduate documents issued by the scientific departments and working to achieve the standards of accuracy, reliability, and overall quality of the graduate documents.

 

Tasks and duties: -

  • Following up on graduates affairs / checking graduation documents organized by the scientific departments and submitting them to the signature of the university registrar
  • Issuing university orders for students to graduate after checking the names with admission orders and supporting documents.
  • Checking the names of graduates and publishing them on the university's website in cooperation with the Information Technology Center.
